AMADEUS WORLDWIDE

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Amadeus Worldwide ("Amadeus Worldwide," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit vip.go.amadeusworldwide.com, submit a VIP Greeting enquiry, or communicate with our reservations team through this website.

1. Who controls your information

Amadeus Worldwide LLC is the business responsible for the personal information described in this Policy. You may contact us at info@amadeusworldwide.com, by telephone at +1 718 510 3785, or by mail at our corporate headquarters: 132 Little Falls Road, Fairfield, New Jersey 07004, United States.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. Our enquiry form collects your name, work email address, telephone number, requested airport, service date, service type, and any flight details or special requests you choose to provide. Please do not include passport numbers, payment-card details, medical information, or other sensitive information in the free-text field.

Information collected automatically. We may receive device and browser information, approximate location derived from an IP address, referring page, pages or features used, and campaign information such as UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers. For abuse prevention, the website creates a one-way hash derived from the submitting IP address; the raw IP address is not stored in the lead record.

3. How and why we use information

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where consent is legally required—for example, for certain analytics or advertising technologies. You may withdraw consent through the cookie controls where available.

4. Analytics, advertising, and cookies

We use Google Tag Manager to manage measurement technologies and may use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads. With advertising consent, we may also use AdRoll, a service of NextRoll, Inc., to recognize visits, build retargeting audiences, measure advertising, and show relevant advertisements on other websites and services. These providers may set or read cookies or similar identifiers and receive device and browser information, approximate location, website activity, referring information, and campaign interactions. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, itinerary details, or form-field contents to analytics or advertising platforms.

Non-essential analytics and advertising storage is disabled by default. The cookie banner lets you accept all, reject non-essential technology, or choose analytics and advertising separately. You may change or withdraw your choice at any time through “Cookie settings.” Advertising and AdRoll retargeting tags must not run unless advertising consent is granted. Browser settings and industry opt-out tools may provide additional controls, but blocking technology will not prevent you from submitting an enquiry.

5. When we disclose information

We may disclose information to authorized personnel; website hosting, analytics, advertising, communications, security, and professional-service providers; and airport representatives, transportation providers, local operators, or other suppliers when reasonably necessary to quote, coordinate, or deliver a service you request. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define interest-based advertising as “sharing” even when no money changes hands; where applicable, we honor consent and opt-out rights for that activity.

6. International transfers

Our business and requested services may involve recipients in the United States and other countries, including the country where an airport service will occur. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections, or rely on another lawful transfer mechanism.

7. Retention

We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Unless a longer period is required for an active customer relationship, contract, legal obligation, dispute, or fraud prevention, unconverted enquiries are scheduled for deletion after 24 months. Converted enquiries are moved into the applicable booking or customer record and retained under the legal, accounting, contractual, and service requirements applying to that record. A monthly retention review identifies expired unconverted leads, records the deletion count, and removes them from the live lead database; backups expire on their normal protected rotation and are not restored except for disaster recovery. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to our platform settings and the applicable provider's policies.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including restricted administrative access and encrypted transmission. No internet or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or a copy of your personal information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision concerning a privacy request. You may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority. California residents may have additional rights to know, correct, or delete personal information and to receive equal service when exercising applicable rights.

To make a request, email info@amadeusworldwide.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law.

10. Children

This website is intended for adults arranging travel services and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through this website.

11. Third-party links

The website may link to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and we are not responsible for those practices.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The date above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be presented as required by applicable law.
