These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of vip.go.amadeusworldwide.com and the VIP Greeting enquiry form operated by Amadeus Worldwide LLC ("Amadeus Worldwide," "we," "us," or "our"), a travel agency headquartered at 132 Little Falls Road, Fairfield, New Jersey 07004, United States. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. Enquiries are not bookings

Submitting the form requests information and availability only. It does not create a reservation, guarantee availability, fix a price, or form a contract for travel services. No payment is taken through this website. A service becomes confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation and any required payment or other stated booking conditions have been satisfied.

2. Separate booking terms

Any quotation, confirmation, invoice, or service agreement may include separate terms covering price, payment, changes, cancellations, refunds, passenger information, supplier rules, and service-specific restrictions. Those booking terms will control the purchased service if they conflict with these website Terms.

3. Service availability and third-party providers

Airport access, meeting locations, priority lanes, security procedures, immigration, customs, baggage handling, and other service elements depend on local law, airport rules, government authorities, airline procedures, operating conditions, and supplier availability. Descriptions on this website are illustrative and do not guarantee any particular access, processing time, outcome, or avoidance of queues.

As a travel agency, we may arrange or coordinate services supplied by independent airport representatives, transportation providers, local operators, airlines, hotels, or other third parties. Unless a quotation or confirmation expressly states that we are the direct supplier, those suppliers control and perform their own services and may impose additional terms and operational limitations disclosed with the quotation or confirmation. Amadeus Worldwide remains responsible for its own travel-agency services and obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current contact and travel information; promptly communicate material itinerary changes; ensure that all travelers have required passports, visas, permissions, tickets, and travel documents; comply with law and instructions from authorities and service personnel; and avoid submitting payment-card data, passport numbers, medical information, or other sensitive information through the website's free-text field.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or fraudulent requests, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy the website through automated means except as permitted by law, or use website content in a way that infringes another person's rights.
